Been busy and rainy so I fell off the exercise wagon, but yesterday I was back "on track," as it were...
ran 800 (with two 100-yard walking breaks)

ran 800 (no stopping!)

It was rough -- I've lost some of my breath the past week -- but ultimately, I felt a lot better!
